Technical Support Engineer

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience in technical support roles.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), Operating systems (Linux) and hardware configurations.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues through email or conference call.
  • Troubleshooting technical problems and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Understanding and diagnosing software and hardware issues.
  • Collaborating with product development teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Investigating and escalating complex issues to higher levels of support or development teams as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
