Requirements:
- 5+ Years of experience in technical support roles.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), Operating systems (Linux) and hardware configurations.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues through email or conference call.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Understanding and diagnosing software and hardware issues.
- Collaborating with product development teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Investigating and escalating complex issues to higher levels of support or development teams as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
